東洋には長い伝統と技術によって生み出された美術品が多くあります。日本は、中国や朝鮮などの文化の影響を受け、独自の文化を築きました。
新館「悠久の中国秘宝展」に併せ、東洋美術の中から中国の絵画・書跡・陶磁器などを紹介。
